HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Creating an account will only take about five minutes. This can be done from either the welcome page by Clicking on create an account, or after you have added the items you would like to purchase to your cart you can proceeded to the checkout by clicking Check Out. On the checkout page you are prompted to create a new account by clicking Continue. Once at the My Account Information page, simply fill out the required fields, making sure to fill in the compulsory fields marked with an *. Click continue at the bottom of the page and your account is set up.

WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE SO MUCH INFORMATION ONLINE?
This is so we can verify who you are and send your purchases to the correct address.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your password, at the check out under the heading of Returning Customer, you will see “Password forgotten? Click here.” Underneath the email and password field. By clicking this link, you will be asked to enter your email address, your new password will be emailed to you. Your password can be changed once logged in by clicking the My Account tab.

HOW DO I EDIT MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Editing your account can be done once you are logged into the store by clicking the My Account tab.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of payment.

TICKETS
IF I DON’T BUY ONLINE WHERE CAN I GET MY TICKETS FROM? Buying online is the cheapest and easiest way to purchase tickets. You can purchase tickets from the designated Presale outlets or through the Monster Hotline and there is a surcharge for going through the monster hotline call centre.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS? Tickets for shows are not posted out unless stated on the event page of the Show you would like to go to. Your tickets will be available from the TICKET PICK UP from 4pm when the gates open to that event.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY TICKETS AT THE GATE? You will need to bring along your receipt you receive via email as confirmation of payment for your tickets.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A PRINTER AND CAN’T PRINT MY RECEIPT OUT? On the confirmation you receive you will have a four digit number which is your Order Number, you can write this number down and bring that to the TICKET PICK UP on the night.

WHAT IF I BOUGHT THE TICKETS FOR SOMEONE ELSE? They need to bring the confirmation received via email or the four digit Order Number.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PREMIUM TICKETS AND NORMAL ADMISSION TICKETS? Premium tickets are guaranteed seating, they are not numbered seats so you can sit where ever you like but you are guaranteed a seat when these seats are purchased.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A PREMIUM SEAT FOR MY UNDER 3? Yes you will need to purchase a Premium seat as we can’t guarantee the child will sit on your lap all night. When you purchase this you don’t have to purchase an extra child ticket only a Premium seat.

I WANT TO BUY A FAMILY TICKET BUT IT IS MY HUSBAND, MY CHILD AND HIS MATE AND HIS CHILD CAN THEY GO ON A FAMILY TICKET? Yes. The Family Ticket is for two adults and two kids 3-11yrs.


THE SHOW

WHAT IF IT’S RAINING? In the unfortunate event of light to moderate rain the event will proceed in these conditions, in the event of heavy rain the event will run the following evening. this website will have all latest details on the day as will the monster Hotline 0447 Trucks and on occasions where radio stations are broadcasting live announcements will be made on the advertising stations. Please note we have NEVER completely cancelled one of these events and when purchasing these tickets you do so knowing it is an outdoor event with the possibility of inclement weather, if this is NOT to YOUR satisfaction DO NOT PRE PURCHASE TICKETS TO THIS EVENT.

IS IT LOUD? Yes it is loud and we do recommend for small children or anyone not accustomed to loud noises to wear ear protection. Ear plugs are available from the merchandise trailer on the night of the Show, if needed.

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR MY 5 YEAR OLD? Yes. Our target audience is from the ages of 5 to 13 and the Show is very family friendly.

CAN I TAKE MY CAMERA? Yes at any of the outdoor arenas the events are held at you are welcome to bring your camera but most indoor arenas do not allow cameras or video cameras inside, you will have to ring that particular Indoor arena.

CAN I TAKE AN ESKY FULL OF ALCOHOL AND FOOD? You can take your own food and drink as long as you don’t take Glass, unless stated on the website you are allowed to take alcohol it is not permitted.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW GO FOR? The Event will run from 6pm till approximately 9.30pm.

WHAT IS THE PIT PARTY AND WHY SHOULD I GO SO EARLY? The Pit Party is from 4.30pm till 5.30pm and this is where you can see the Monster Trucks Up Close and meet the drivers. It is always recommended to get to an event as early as you possibly can to avoid the queues and also to get a good seat (even if you have pre purchased Premium Seats as these seats aren’t numbered only guaranteed).
